Flu Shots Tuesday, Nov. 1, at Health Department

Seasonal flu shots on Tuesday, November 1, will be at the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department (555 Lexington Ave., Mansfield) from 2 - 6 p.m.

The clinic will be held in the Corley Room, located in the lower rear level of the building.

Cost is $10 for children 6 months old through age 18 and $22 for age 19 and above. Please bring your Medicare/Medicaid card and you driver's license to speed processing.
