Pregnancy Tests
Pregnancy tests are given at our health clinic on a walk-in basis, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You will see a registered nurse and you will be asked to give a urine sample. Results of the test are given while you are here. If you choose, we will help you make an appointment to begin prenatal care in our clinic.
Prenatal Clinic
Early and continuous care is the first step toward assuring the
mother and infant will be healthy during pregnancy and delivery.
Prenatal health care is provided to women who are at minimum 8
weeks into their pregnancy. The service follows the standards
of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Health education is an integral part of the prenatal clinic as
well as assessment of social and nutritional needs. At 17-20
weeks our prenatal clients are transferred to a local physician
to complete prenatal care and delivery. If you are under
18, we will ask you to have a parent come with you to your first
appointment

nutritious supplemental foods which promote good health for pregnant and postpartum
women, breastfeeding mothers, infants and children.
Help Me Grow
Formerly known as Early Intervention and Early Start, Help Me Grow is
the Ohio Family and Children First Initiative. The purpose of this program is
to identify pregnant mothers and those with babies under the age of 3 years
who have special needs and provide services for them. We help each child
develop to his/her fullest potential. Research has shown that getting
help early is very important. In fact, the earlier the better. Providing
needed services at an early age has a positive effect on a child's future. Help
Me Grow includes Prenatal Home Visits, a Newborn Home Visit, and Specialized Services.
