Public Health Services at the MORCHDThe Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department provides health services for people of all ages who are residents of Richland County. At the Health Department, services are provided through our on-site clinic, in the community and through our home visits. The Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department works with local health care providers and the Ohio Department of Health to control the outbreak of communicable disease. The Public Health Clinic has a full time medical doctor as well as a nurse practitioner. At our clinic and in the field, nurses provide immunizations, conduct pre-natal, well-child, and school-based clinics as well as general health clinics with the additional support of social workers and dietitians. An interpreter may be arranged if needed for foreign language or hearing impaired clients.
