Immunizations are available at the Public Health Clinic on a walk-in basis on Tuesday from 1 - 2:30 p.m.; Thursday from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.; and Friday from Noon - 2 p.m.; Extended hours every fourth Wednesday of each month from 4 - 6 p.m.

Please Remember:
• You must bring child's up-to-date shot record.
• There is an $8 charge for each vaccine. Medicaid is accepted. No charge if unable to pay.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent/leagl gaurdian or another adult with written permission from the parent.
• Adult vaccines available (costs will vary by vaccine) are: Hep A & B, Tetanus, MMR, and Pneumonia.
