This division protects Richland County residents who are using private water systems. On January 1, 2020, revisions to the Private Water System Rules, Chapter 3701-28 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) become effective.

On January 1, 2020, revisions to the Private Water System Rules, Chapter 3701-28 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) become effective. Private water systems contractors must review these rule changes in order to be able to comply with the requirements for private water systems constructed, altered, repaired or sealed in Ohio.
