There is a $10 charge for each children's vaccine
There is no charge if unable to pay. Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care is accepted.
Children must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian or another adult with written permission from the parent.
The Health Department participants in the federally-funded "Vaccines for Children" program.
Neighborhood Clinics are funded by local tax levy dollars and grants from the Ohio Department of Health.
Adult vaccines available (cost will vary by vaccine): Tetanus, Tdap and Pneumonia. Other adult vaccine is available if pre-arranged.
