When this link goes live, you will be able to purchase birth and death certificates through the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department.

Birth certificates are available for anyone born in Ohio while death certificates are available only for those in Richland County.

We can bill Medicare and Medicaid for your approved medical services. Our medical clinic services are available on a sliding fee scale based on your income. These sliding fee clinic services are provided using levy tax dollars.
