Senior Health Screenings

Health Screenings for men & women age 60+. Screenings include:

• Educational programs and material on health topics important to you
• A review of your medications, discussion of your health concerns, and referrels for you, as needed, to services offered by other agencies
• Periodic checks of your blood sugar level
• Regular checks of your blood pressure, pulse, and weight between visits to your doctor
