Free health assessments for all ages at locations close to home. Health assessments include blood pressure and hemoglobin screening, child development screening, medication counseling and nutrition education, and lead screening for children up to 6 years old. Blood sugar screening requires a three hour fast and cholesterol screening is available with a 12-hour fast ($10 charge).

We can bill Medicare and Medicaid for your approved medical services. Our medical clinic services are available on a sliding fee scale based on your income. These sliding fee clinic services are provided using levy tax dollars.
