Health Screenings for men & women age 60+. Screenings include:

• Regular checks of your blood pressure, pulse, and weight between visits to your doctor
• Periodic checks of your blood sugar level
• A review of your medications, discussion of your health concerns, and referrals for you, as needed, to services offered by other agencies
• Educational programs and material on health topics important to you

We can bill Medicare and Medicaid for your approved medical services. Our medical clinic services are available on a sliding fee scale based on your income. These sliding fee clinic services are provided using levy tax dollars.
